Need to record, transcribe, and summarize meetings?
You can now use Cronofy Meeting Agents to capture meetings scheduled via your application across Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, returning recordings, transcripts and AI-generated summaries.
Meeting Agents are priced based on monthly usage, with all costs inclusive of meeting recording, transcription, and data processing. The first 24 hours of usage are free, then pricing scales as follows:
- 25–4,000 hours: $0.79/hour
- 4,001–8,000 hours: $0.69/hour
- 8,001–16,000 hours: $0.59/hour
- 16,001+ hours: $0.59/hour
Charges are metered per second so you only ever pay for exactly what you use. A minimum monthly commitment of $99 applies for standalone use.
Cronofy for your organization
A Direct license brings Cronofy to your own team and organization. Every team gets availability, scheduling, and calendar connectivity, with admin controls for the rules your organization needs. People schedule from wherever they work, including scheduling agents in Copilot, Slack, and Teams. You can add Cronofy to a product your team already uses, such as Greenhouse, Paycor, BambooHR or SmartRecruiters. You can also add capabilities as you need them, like meeting intelligence or connectors for systems such as Workday and SuccessFactors.
