Enterprise Connect Setup

Enterprise Connect enables you to sync all or part of your user directory, eliminating the need to invite users manually and wait for them to accept the invitation via email. This is accomplished through a service account. Below, you will find the steps for Google and MS Office 365 users:

Important note: To connect to a service account, full admin privileges are required, typically held by your IT department. Only a full admin can authorize the connection. Please hand this guide to your IT representative.

Sign up or Log in

To connect your organization, you need to have an account with us. If you don't have one, you can create an account below.

If you already have an account, you can log in.

If your IT representative is performing the authorization, they need to be invited to your created Organizational Unit (OU).

Learn more about inviting members to your OU here.

Connect your Workspace

On the left side under your OU name, click on the "Members" tab. Then, select the "Organization Account" tab. Based on your workspace, you need to authorize the connection as follows:

Google:

1. Click on "Connect to Google Workspace."
2. Download the Cronofy app from the Workspace Store.
3. Use your admin account to authorize the connection.

MS Office 365:

1. Cronofy needs to make two separate connections: one to your directory and one to your calendars.
2. First, connect your directory using the authorizing account.
3. Then, select "Connect using MS Graph" if you are using it.

Activate the Directory Sync

Enabling directory sync allows us to automatically set up accounts for all of your organization’s users and periodically check for new users, simplifying the onboarding process.

To configure this, click "Settings" for the service account that provides access to your organization’s directory. On the settings page, enable provisioning using the toggle, and click "Save."

Google Workspace, one connection provides access to both calendars and the directory.

Microsoft Office, has it on 2 separate and you need to select the "directory".
